Tax Residency
Lease of independent business premises for declaration of legal business headquarters of your company or organization to the tax office. With your own Rental Agreement and official posting on TaxisNET (the Greek government website, regarding finance and taxes) in minutes.

My Desk
You will have your own 120 x 80 cm desk with an office chair, as well as plenty of space and plenty of daylight in a quiet collaborative atmosphere.
You will be able to use our common areas, shared infrastructure and additional services.
We provide you with modern spaces of 150 m2, kitchen, living room, reception, toilets, shower, balcony 40 m2 all of which are available for sharing. We also provide you with all the basic services: electricity, heating, cleaning, a/c, maintenance, fast Internet access, equipment for preparing small meals. My Room
You will have your own furnished, fully separate space, a quiet co-working atmosphere with its own lockable door. You can save products. Your space will have a desk 120 x 80 cm, with desk chair, desk chest of drawers and two guest chairs.
Tax Office – My Business
We offer you the lease of a business space for the declaration of business headquarters of your company or organization at the Tax Office, with your own Lease Agreement and official posting on AADE’s (the Greek “Independent Authority of Public Revenue”) TaxisNET (the Greek government website, regarding finance and taxes). We manage your mail.
You do not pay a guarantee, utilities, electricity, natural gas or DEKO bills!
You can combine it with other services such as MyRoom, MyDesk and get a complete professional seat with more value, care and less cost. We can offer you reception services, have your own telephone number and send you your correspondence by email.

Rental for events
We offer our infrastructure and equipment to organize your events. We have three different space configurations available to rent and organize your event. At the same time, we provide the right equipment to host professional meetings and presentations, conferences, Hackathons, video shoots, Podcasts, as well as theater rehearsals, exhibitions, photo shoots, interviews, music Lives and any other event that can be hosted in our wonderful space. We can host events for up to 150 people.
Our rooms are: Rhino (30m2), Keros (120 m2), Rinokeros (150 m2). All spaces include additional use of our balcony (40 m2) and all our other infrastructure. Any other equipment or facilities you may need, can be provided upon request.

We have the knowledge and experience to identify opportunities, matches and mutual benefits in order to create the necessary familiarity between our members.
In cooperation with our twin activity of Rinokeros.org, we create a dynamic and united community. We organize regular events and talks on various topics. Additionally, we can provide you with all the relevant information to enhance your creativity. We organize all this in a nice atmosphere, sometimes with music, food and drinks.
